Terms of sale (digital products)
Seller
Studio LULO (sole proprietorship), VAT BE 0777.422.831, hello@lukasandlore.com. Our address is available on request and is listed in the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (KBO).
Products and delivery
We only sell digital downloads. They are delivered immediately after payment, through a download link, by e-mail and in your account.
Prices and payment
All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT. You can pay by card or Bancontact (via Stripe) or with PayPal, depending on what is offered at checkout.
Licence
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence for your own use. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files, in whole or in part, or make them available to others.
No right of withdrawal
Because digital content is delivered immediately, you expressly agree at checkout that delivery starts immediately and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (Belgian Code of Economic Law, art. VI.53, 13°, implementing art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Purchases are therefore final and cannot be returned or refunded.
This does not affect your legal rights if a file is defective, missing or not as described. Contact us and we will fix or replace it, or refund you.
Complaints
Send complaints by e-mail to hello@lukasandlore.com. We reply as soon as we can.
Applicable law
Belgian law applies to these terms and to your purchase.
